Comprehensive Heath Care Plans
Dev Technology provides comprehensive family health care protection for eligible employees and their families. Employees may choose from two United Healthcare medical plan options depending on their needs.
Dental, Vision, & Prescription Plans
Dental and Vision coverage through Guardian (using the VSP network for Vision), and Prescription coverage through United Healthcare is offered to eligible employees and their families through either of our Health Care Plan options at the same coverage levels.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
The Health Flexible Spending Account allows you to set aside up to $2,750 for qualifying out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses that aren’t covered by insurance. The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account allows you to set aside up to $10,500 (for 2021) and covers qualifying childcare and elder care.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Combines traditional health coverage with an account funded by pre-tax contributions for you. You keep the money in your HSA, even if you leave the company and unused funds roll over each year to help pay for future health expenses.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Dev Technology offers a 401(k) Plan through Ascensus/NFP and matches dollar for dollar of an eligible employee’s contribution up to 4%. This company match is immediately vested to the employee. There is an additional profit sharing contribution made annually by the company. This contribution vests 1/3 each year for 3 years.
Flexible Time Off (FTO)
Our Flexible Time Office policy allows employees to take the time off they need when they need it. Employees no longer need to wait for hours to be accrued to request time off. We trust our employees to use their best judgement when deciding how to exercise their FTO.
Life & AD&D Insurance
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is provided to all eligible employees at no cost to the employee. The benefit is based on annual salary. We also offer an opportunity for our employees to purchase additional supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse and their dependent children.
Disability Insurance
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage is provided to eligible employees at no cost to the employee.
Educational Assistance
Dev Technology provides educational assistance up to $2,500 per fiscal year to eligible employees for tuition and required books for job related courses.
Holiday Pay
Eligible employees celebrate 10 paid holidays annually that align to the federal holiday schedule.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Unlimited free telephonic consultation with an EAP counselor available 24/7. Can assist with topics including education, life and fitness management, dependent care and care giving, working smarter, and legal and financial.
Employee Referrals
Dev Technology believes strongly in employee referrals. Employees who refer candidates who are hired are eligible for a $2,500 bonus.
