Dev Technology has an Integrated Management System (IMS) and has been assessed at CMMI-DEV Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000:2018 certified. CMMI® is recognized as the standard within industry for maturity in critical software development processes. Dev Technology’s CMMI Level 3 rating is independent validation that we have standardized, defined, and documented processes in our software development practice. Our CMMI rating is based on our IMS, a collection of processes that enables us to deliver services that are repeatable, predictable, and consistent.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Dev Technology’s IMS was initially ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2007 and has most recently been re-certified to ISO 9001:2015 in 2017. It provides comprehensive processes that ensures quality output while remaining efficient. Our IMS incorporates our years of business success supporting the federal government and industry best practices since 1998.
ISO 27001:2013 Certified
ISO 27001 is recognized as the industry standard for implementing an Information Security Management System and focuses on improving information security. Holding this certification proves to interested parties, such as customers, employees and external providers that Dev Technology is committed to keeping our data secure. It covers the whole organization and is focused on protecting information in all its forms and proves all interested parties that their data is safe with us.
ISO 20000:2018 Certified
ISO 20000:2018 IT Service Management (ITSM) Standard ensures the organization’s IT system to be aligned with international best practices. Maintaining this certification provides a framework to assess and demonstrate the ability to meet customer requirements more effectively through the implementation of a robust IT system demonstrating our reliability and high quality of services. It shows an additional commitment as a reliable supplier for all our service providers, customers, and other stakeholders.
