Our offices have a modern and bright design with many windows and lounge areas with comfortable chairs and sofas, so employees have places to talk or work other than offices and formal conference rooms. Our Reston office even has a game room with ping-pong and Ms. Pac Man, and a Zen room with a massage chair.

Dev Technology fosters a culture committed to ongoing professional growth and development through our mentorship program. This program is open to employees at all levels of their career.

We have regular All Staff events throughout the year to help keep team members connected across projects, and we all also look forward to our New Year’s Celebration each year.

The Dev Technology Fun Patrol also organizes events throughout the year such as private museum tours, happy hours, picnics, hikes, March Madness brackets, fantasy football leagues, and community fund raising events.

We support organizations in the communities where our offices are located. Our passion is to give a helping hand to families and children. Dev Technology will also regularly support employee suggested charities. We are active in the community through a variety of organizations such as Cornerstones, So Others Might Eat, Fairfax Department of Family Services, Salvation Army, the Border Patrol Foundation, and others.

Our Center of Innovation provides team members with a place to learn new skills and share across projects.

Our teams work hard, so we like to provide options to unwind a bit during the day. Our Reston Office has a game room with ping-pong and Ms. Pac Man, and a Zen room with a massage chair. Our D.C. office has a roof deck with a view of the city and is walking distance from all the great restaurants in China Town.

We enjoy Friday yoga and regular fitness challenges. All employees get $75 towards the Fitbit of their choice. We also stock the offices with healthy snacks, including fresh fruit that is delivered weekly. Both our D.C. and Reston offices have free gyms in the building for employees to use.
