Dev Technology Recognized as a Winner of the AnitaB.org Top Companies for Women Technologists Award for the Second Year in a Row

Dev Technology has been named as the AnitaB.org 2022 Top Companies for Women Technologists winner in the small (<1000) technical workforce size category. Top Companies for Women Technologists is a national program from AnitaB.org that identifies key trends around the equity of women technologists in the workforce. It is a benchmarking program that signals a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and recognizes companies committed to cultivating workplaces where women technologists succeed and grow. This is the second year Dev Technology has received this honor.

Now in its 12^th year, 52 companies participated in 2022, representing more than 101,000 women & non-binary technologists and 404,169 total technologists. The program analyzes gender and racial data of the technical representation, as well as organizational programs and policies tied to structural equity. AnitaB.org shares the benchmarked data and insights with the companies that participate to help them continue to build more equitable and inclusive workplaces.
