Dev Technology Recognized as a 2021 Top Companies for Women Technologists Winner

Dev Technology has been named as the AnitaB.org 2021 Top Companies for Women Technologists winner in the small (<1,000) technical workforce size category. Top Companies for Women Technologists is a national benchmarking program that recognizes companies committed to cultivating workplaces where women technologists succeed and grow. This is the first year that Dev Technology has participated in the program, done so as part of the company’s greater commitment towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Now in its 11^th year, this year the program analyzed data on representation, programs, and policies from 56 companies representing more than 141,000 women technologists. It is the only benchmarking program that looks specifically at technical employees and awards those making the most progress towards the equity of women. Top Companies also helps organizations identify areas where they can improve, and shows those organizations’ commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
