Dev Technology Welcomes New Vice President Dominique Stuart 

RESTON, Va. February 6, 2025– Dev Technology Group is excited to welcome Dominique Stuart to the company serving as Vice President to lead our Low Code/No Code Platforms portfolio and to drive growth across the company. 

Ms. Stuart will serve as Vice President leading Dev Technology’s ServiceNow and Microsoft Solutions organizations, ensuring we continue to exceed client expectations and drive mission impact. She brings over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, including many of those years at Accenture Federal Services, where she led the implementation of new technologies and systems for the federal government, primarily within the Department of Defense.

Over her career, Ms. Stuart built expertise in key technologies including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Workday, and has leveraged this knowledge as she successfully led large, mission-critical programs. Ms. Stuart is known for her focus on client success, instinctive problem-solving, and complex delivery capabilities across a variety of technologies.  

Ms. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame along with several professional certifications including her Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the SAFe® DevOps Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile.
