Dev Technology Recognized as a Winner of the AnitaB.org Top Companies for Women Technologists Award for the Third Year in a Row

RESTON, Va. September 28, 2023– Dev Technology announces it has been named as the AnitaB.org 2023 Top Companies for Women Technologists winner in the small (<1000) technical workforce size category. Top Companies for Women Technologists is a national program from AnitaB.org that identifies key trends around the equity of women and non-binary technologists in the workforce. It is a benchmarking program that signals a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and recognizes companies committed to cultivating workplaces where women and non-binary technologists succeed and grow. This is the third year Dev Technology has received this honor.

Now in its 13th year, 40 companies participated in 2023, representing more than 60,000 women & non-binary technologists and 198,049 total technologists. The program analyzes gender and racial data of the technical representation, as well as organizational programs and policies tied to structural equity. AnitaB.org shares the benchmarked data and insights with the companies that participate to help them continue to build more equitable and inclusive workplaces.
