Dev Technology has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Washington Post based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey.
The Washington Post named Dev Technology as a Top Workplace for the fourth year in a row, which is also every year the survey has been run. Only 34 other companies share this record. The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list spotlights workplaces with the highest ratings from an employee feedback survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. The survey included questions covering how employees view their job, the quality of leadership, pay and benefits practices, work-life balance, and more.

This annual survey also provides Dev Technology with useful insights to ensure we are continually evolving to meet the needs of our employees. For example, in a previous year’s survey, many employees stated the desire to have more time off. Shortly after receiving the survey results, Susie Sylvester, Dev Technology CEO, updated the paid time off policy to increase the number of days employees receive after they have been with the company for two years.
