Sr. SharePoint Administrator

Clearance: Public Trust or ability to obtain

Location: Washington, D.C.

Dev Technology is looking for a Senior SharePoint Administrator with direct, hands-on experience supporting SharePoint farm environments, preferably versions 2010 and 2013. This resource will provide senior level SharePoint platform support for our federal government customer. This will include supporting an upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to 2013, and likely to 2016 as well. The best candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, bring attention to detail, and seek to solve problems for our Government customer.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience maintaining or supporting a SharePoint platform or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of SharePoint 2010/2013 technical environments
  • Ability to support troubleshooting site problems, address site permission issues, creation and configuration of sites and sub sites, assist in definition of site resources
  • Must be able to support the performance of site administration for numerous collaboration sites
  • Familiarity with the administration and configuration options available within SharePoint sites and sub sites as well as the use of SharePoint Designer in performing support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in the government sector (preferred)
