SharePoint Application Developer

Clearance: Public Trust or ability to obtain

Location: Washington, D.C.

Dev Technology is recruiting for a SharePoint Applications Developer with direct, hands-on experience providing resolution of SharePoint collaboration issues. This resource will provide SharePoint support for our federal government customer. This support will include an upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to 2013, and likely to 2016 as well. The best candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, bring attention to detail, and seek to solve problems for our Government customer.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint 2010/2013 or equivalent combination of education and experience. BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field strongly preferred
  • Ability to support the performance of site administration
  • Must be able to support the collaborative environment and provide overall support of the SharePoint site
  • Familiarity with the administration and configuration options available within SharePoint sites and sub sites in performing support
  • Ability to create workflows using either out-of-the-box SharePoint or the BPMS
  • Ability to create forms using either out-of-the-box SharePoint, InfoPath, or other forms technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Experience working in the government sector (preferred)
