Associate SharePoint Administrator

Clearance:  DHS Public Trust (or ability to obtain)

Location: Washington, D.C.

Dev Technology Group is seeking an Associate SharePoint Administrator who will support a large SharePoint platform. The project supports hundreds of content and collaboration sites, as well as custom applications. The SharePoint Site Administrator will be responsible for support of the SharePoint environment, including troubleshooting of site problems, handling permission issues, definition of site resources, site administration, etc. Good customer communication skills are essential.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining or supporting a SharePoint platform
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online or Office365 is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Ability to support the performance of site administration for numerous collaboration sites
  • Must be able to support the collaborative environment and provide overall support of the SharePoint site
  • Familiarity with the administration and configuration options available within SharePoint sites and sub sites in performing support

 Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree
