EAGLE II is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. Dev Technology Group, Inc. is priming the DHS EAGLE II Small Business Track for Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery under the “All SB” category. Dev Technology has established a team with proven experience delivering a full range of services and solutions in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology that supports the DHS mission and its business functions.

Dev Technology has the experience, technical expertise, unique mission focused capabilities, and superior mission understanding, that are key to successfully priming DHS EAGLE II:
- Our work is focused on federal law enforcement with over 65% of our work directly supporting DHS including projects at ICE, CBP, USCIS, and Headquarters. This includes worked performed under the DHS EAGLE contract vehicle as a key subcontractor on several large programs.
- We have extensive experience with a wide range of technologies covering all Functional Category 1 Service Delivery Areas including: System Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration, Software Design and Development, and Operations and Maintenance. We deliver quality services and solutions while following the DHS SELC and complying with the appropriate Technical Reference Models and architectures.
- Our team delivers creative and innovative thinking to solve DHS’s toughest technical challenges including multi-modal biometrics, advanced infrastructure management solutions that proactively create incident tickets, and developing and maintaining component-wide identity management solutions.
- We actively participate in the DHS Mentor Protégé Program, as a protégé to our long time partner, Sapient Government Services.
- We ensure project control and responsiveness by leveraging our experience managing programs as a prime contractor with our ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System which governs our business operations.
