Dev Technology has supported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its legacy components since 1998 on numerous mission focused systems. Over half of our business currently supports DHS on both prime and subcontracts and we are an EAGLE II prime contract holder. Our DHS customers include the following components:

  • Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): Dev Technology supports ICE in the identification and tracking of illegal aliens through the investigative, detentions, and removals processes by providing software design and development across multiple law enforcement applications and databases. In addition, we hold two prime contract vehicles at ICE: the ICE SharePoint IDIQ and the ICE Software O&M Support Services BPA. Under the SharePoint IDIQ, we are performing SharePoint development work as a prime contractor.
  • Customs and Border Protection (CBP): Dev Technology is performing application development and maintenance work for multiple systems at CBP under supporting the offices of Border Enforcement Management Systems (BEMS) and the Targeting and Analysis Systems Program Office (TASPO). This work utilizes various technologies such as .Net, Java, Oracle, and SharePoint. A highlight of our work is the development and implementation of a multi-modal biometrics capture and integration solution for immigration enforcement.
  • DHS Headquarters: Dev Technology provides BMC Remedy and other infrastructure services on multiple contracts and task order supporting the DHS Data Center II and the DHS St. Elizabeth’s Technology Integration Program (TIP).
  • U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS): Supporting several contracts over the past 10 years, Dev Technology provides various services at USCIS which include Java development for case management solutions and complex BMC Remedy solutions using the IT Service Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management modules. We have also provided application and database design and development and data migration services in support of a major effort to migrate USCIS records from legacy systems and applications. See our awards page highlighting one of our eGov Pioneer awards
