Dev Technology understands the importance of providing a quality benefit package to its employees. We carefully consider the options and conveniences that we provide to ensure employee needs are met. Highlights of our benefits include the following:

  • TWP_Washington_Portrait_2015_AWComprehensive Health Care Plans: Dev Technology provides family health care protection for eligible employees and their families. Employees may choose from three BlueCross BlueShield medical plan options depending on their needs.
  • Dental, Vision & Prescription Plans: Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage is offered to eligible employees and their families through either of our Health Care Plan options at the same coverage levels.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Dev Technology offers a 401(k) Plan through Ascensus/American Funds and matches dollar for dollar of an eligible employee’s contribution up to 4%. This company match is immediately vested to the employee. There is an additional profit sharing contribution made annually by the company. This contribution vests 1/3 each year for 3 years.
  • Life & AD&D Insurance: Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is provided to all eligible employees at no cost to the employee. The benefit is based on annual salary. We also offer an opportunity for our employees to purchase additional supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse and their dependent children.
  • Disability Insurance: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage is provided to eligible employees at no cost to the employee.
  • Personal Time Off (PTO): Eligible regular full-time employees accrue 5 hours of PTO each full pay period worked (3 weeks annualized). Additionally, eligible regular full-time employees will incrementally accrue additional hours of PTO upon seniority with Dev Technology. PTO may be used in hourly increments for sick, vacation and personal days.
  • Holiday Pay: Eligible employees celebrate 10 paid holidays annually.
  • Employee Referrals: Dev Technology believes strongly in employee referrals. Employees who refer candidates who are hired are eligible for a $2,000 bonus.
  • Service Awards: We take pride in offering employees a symbol of our appreciation and sincere thanks through service awards based on length of service.

  • Educational Assistance: Dev Technology provides educational assistance up to $2,500 per fiscal year to eligible employees for tuition and required books for job related courses.
